  • Original Date: January 28, 2021

Renishaw's Productive Process Pyramid™ provides a framework within which you can identify and control variation in your factory. The framework is backed by innovative technology, proven methods, and expert support.

In this webinar, the second of a four-part series, we will review the In-process control level of Renishaw’s manufacturing philosophy, The Productive Process Pyramid™. The In-process control layer is focused on acting on information gathered during the manufacturing process. This includes monitoring tool conditions during the metal cutting process and measuring machined features in the machine or on the shop floor next to the machine to acquire live process data. Once the data is acquired, systems can respond automatically to maintain control of the process.

Key speaker:

Justin Lebel, Sales Applications Engineer

Justin provides pre and post-sales technical support, specializing in the Renishaw Calibration and Machine Tool product lines. Justin brings 14 years of experience in the field of metrology with a focus on machine tool applications and helping customers understand their process capability using metrology tools.
