Description
- Past Event, On Demand
- Original Date: February 25, 2021
Renishaw's Productive Process Pyramid™ provides a framework within which you can identify and control variation in your factory. The framework is backed by innovative technology, proven methods, and expert support.
In this webinar, the final of a four-part series, we will review the In-process control level of Renishaw’s manufacturing philosophy, The Productive Process Pyramid™. The In-process control layer is focused on acting on information gathered during the manufacturing process. This includes monitoring tool conditions during the metal cutting process and measuring machined features in the machine or on the shop floor next to the machine to acquire live process data. Once the data is acquired, systems can respond automatically to maintain control of the process.
