MEDICA 2026 will take place in Düsseldorf from 16 to 19 November 2026. According to the organizer, the event is the world’s leading medical technology trade fair and is organized by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH.
MEDICA is aimed at trade visitors from the healthcare industry, medical technology, hospitals, medical practices, research, development, and procurement. The trade fair features international exhibitors from fields including medical technology, medical imaging, laboratory technology, diagnostics, health IT, digital medicine, and other solutions for healthcare provision.
For 2026, the organizer has announced new thematic areas such as clinical diagnostics and therapeutic technologies, digital medicine, data and artificial intelligence, integrated care, rehabilitation and homecare, as well as healthcare infrastructure, manufacturing, and quality.
MEDICA 2026 will take place alongside COMPAMED 2026, which focuses on supplier technologies and components for the medical technology industry.
The trade fair will be open to visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
MEDICA 2026 therefore serves as an international meeting place for companies, professionals, and organizations involved in medical technologies, digital health solutions, and the continued development of healthcare.
