KarriereStart 2027

KarriereStart 2027 will take place from 22 to 24 January 2027 at MESSE DRESDEN, Messering 6, 01067 Dresden. The event carries the subtitle “The Trade Fair for Education, Careers and Entrepreneurship in Saxony” and is organized by ORTEC Messe und Kongress GmbH.

The 28th edition of KarriereStart in 2027 has been announced under the motto “Shape Your Own Future.” The trade fair brings together a range of employment-related topics under one roof and is aimed at school pupils, apprentices, students, career starters, experienced professionals, career changers, and people returning to work.

The focus is on personal discussions, individual advice, career guidance, job application opportunities, and direct contact with companies, educational institutions, and other exhibitors. Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Its relevance to the sensor and measurement technology sector lies primarily in career and training guidance. Companies from technical industries can use the trade fair to attract young talent for professions and degree programmes related to electronics, automation, industrial production, quality testing, sensor technology, or measurement technology.

KarriereStart 2027 is therefore not a dedicated measurement technology trade fair, but it can serve as a suitable networking platform for technical employers and young people interested in relevant STEM and industrial fields.
